UPSYS Technology Services was established in November 2021 to bring field and operational expertise in telecommunications infrastructure into a dedicated business. We provide professional solutions for business and individual customers, from assessing their needs through implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Our core expertise covers fibre-optic and DSL communications infrastructure, low-voltage cabling, server room configuration and network services. We also take an end-to-end approach to assessment, implementation, operation and maintenance for security and communications systems, time and attendance systems, queue management, turnstiles, digital signage and interactive boards.
We care not only about installing technology, but about making it work reliably and meet real needs. We develop timely solutions that help our customers use their time efficiently and support their digital transformation with strong infrastructure.

First Steps in the Industry
Our founder Ahmet Yılmaz began his career in telecommunications.

Experience was gained in field operations, operations management and project management for mobile network operator projects. Thirteen large-scale projects were completed during this period.

UPSYS Technology Services started as a one-person team. Industry experience was brought together in a business delivering solutions directly to customers.
